I am well-versed in creating policies and general HR practices to support the culture and goals of an organization, coupled with federal and state laws. See below for some examples.

Attendance Policy

This policy was created for an organization that needed clear guidelines for their hourly employees in a production, manufacturing, and distribution environment. I built this on the foundation of the opinions and preferences of the supervisors that would be enforcing the policy.

Parental Leave Policy

This was created for a newly established company that wanted to offer a first-stage parental leave as an employee benefit.

Employee Referral Program

This is a fun and engaging employee referral program I put in place. The employee would submit their referrals via a digital link, if we hired the referral the employee would receive the package in the picture to notify them of the hire. This program was successful in lowering new hire job abandonments, increase new hire retention, and helped reduce the "time to fill" metric.
